We are heading to Culebra tomorrow and was browsing google maps of Culebra and came across this image, don't think it is on Culebra though. Does anyone know if this is on the main island of Puerto Rico somewhere? The pic ended up being blurry but there are steps leading down to the water; if you click on the pic it will come up clearer. Looks like an awesome snorkel place. Thanks
