fabila Traveler Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 7,453 Yonkers, NY	Marriott bought out Starwood Hotels & Resorts which owned the Westin brand. All Starwood brands are owned by Marriott since 2016. I worked for Starwood for 13 years. Most of us in corporate and some properties lost our jobs due to merger. Given my perks hard not to enjoy the Westin Dawn beach a number of stays.

Most Marriotts are great but there are a few properties that are managed by franchise groups that could use some help. I hope this one turns out great as the Marriott properties in the Caribbean are limited.

This was five star hotel all the way!!! I'd love to see it back to those days!! Oh and I did do very well at there tables!!! Sand Gravity, got to love it!
