I had beef short ribs at Astra last year and it looked just like the one in your picture. I have had it several ways in the past at other restaurants. It seems to be becoming popular on the island.

Great report Louise! We do like Sublime and will certainly pay them a visit next week.
Interesting comment on the 15 percent add on. We typically tip 20 percent at home. When we see 15 percent added, we usually leave it at that.

If 15% service is added to the check on the Dutch side, that's the tip. Period. If the service was exceptional, we'll add more, but would never ask the server if they get that 15%. Exactly how we feel.

In most of the restaurants this trip each server asked us when we were paying did we want to add something extra. Which prompted the question. Which I think is uncalled for by the server professionally.
