We decided to go to Pineapple Pete's tonight, it's not fancy but the food and service are always great. My wife had Crab Stuffed Shrimp and I had Filet Mignon both were excellent and my steak was cooked perfectly. We were seated near the window of Pierre's gift shop and my wife noticed a pink cactus on one of the shelves. So when Pierre came by she asked him if everything in the store is for sale and he said almost. So she said how about the pink cactus and he replied that is a prop and walked away. Within 2 minutes he walked by our table and placed a plastic bag on the empty chair at our table. Yes the pink cactus was in the bag. It's not always about the food or service when dining out, but sometimes it's about how you are treated. Thanks Pierre, we left with a smile.

That is so cool!!!! Pierre is such a great guy! One time I noticed his Harley in the corner. I asked him does he ride often? (noticed it had some dust on it) He said not as much as he'd like and said; Take it out!! Anytime!! As much as that is very tempting, riding on the streets in St. Martin, not a good idea!! Regarding the Cactus. I'd wrap it up and carry it on!! Can't trust TSA (HSN!) and the luggage manhandlers!!!

Crab stuffed shrimp is one of my favorites......especially when I don't want anything too heavy.
