We ate there in February. On the lagoon just before Princess Casino. Left at end of commercial building then left behind building. Walk short alley between buildings. Where Caribbean and Thai restaurants have been. Night we were there very few diners. Food was excellent. Service delightful with waitress. Recommend escargot appetizer. Served out of shell in a sauce. 4 of us. All enjoyed the meal.

Bluesfan--that location sounds kind of sketchy to me?

There have been several restaurants at this location for the last several years. Location is a little difficult to access and parking is limited as there are apartments in the buildings. Not at all dangerous. Lagoon setting is very nice.

OK, we've never been in that area that I recall.

Le Perle Bleu is an excellent restaurant. Very good food and friendly service. It is right on the water and very picturesque for dining at night.

We went last February. The service was wonderful and very very friendly. I had duck which was a little tough but very tasty.

When I first became aware of the location, it was Cafe on the Bay, which I loved. Stone was also there for a time, and Neil would dock his boat there so folks could dine at his son's restaurant. It's been other things since then. Limited parking behind the bank, but down at "the end," there is more parking. I have had breakfast there twice and dinner once. I would just say food and service, in my experience, have been inconsistent.

I remember Cafe on the Bay. Nice setting, attentive service and good food. Was sad to see it gone.

We've gone there a couple of times, most recently for brunch. Parking can be difficult, but the area is safe and the setting is lovely. I remember huge mimosas which were mostly champagne..just enough oj for color. A couple of us ordered the lobster benedict and were quite excited when the chef grabbed a live lobster from the tank, but sadly, there was very little lobster on our plates. Still, the eggs were cooked perfectly and the hollandaise was delicious. Other than the disappointment with the lobster, the food and service were excellent.

Thank you everyone. Now that i have a landmark, I'm sure i can find it! Also, good to know it's safe walking.
