Depending on the day of the week, the number of other planes already there and the number of workers. It could be 15-20 minutes to an hour or so. If you are not arriving on a Saturday and if you get lucky and no other arrivals are close to you, you could be through pretty quickly.

Just a note with regard to CUSTOMS--the vast majority of planes arriving in SXM do not have to worry about a customs check.
As JD said, figure 20 minutes on the low side, to an hour on the high side.
