We're here.. and it's wonderful as always.
Didn't make it to VG.. last minute change of plans but all is well.
Didn't have a car on Tuesday yet and everything was closed so chose to stay at Sebastian's that night. Had drinks and dinner with Uschi.. then to the villa a few doors up from Mal's place. Amazing work they're doing there.

Getting some showers every few hours... more than we usually see in May-June.

Still lots of evidence of rock/mud slides on the roads. Several walls are torn out and some potholes you could drop a cooler in. Makes driving a bit more precarious than usual.

Moved into Orchid at Coconut Pt. yesterday.. got our car from Denzil.. all's right with the world.

But...noticed a lot of bussed tourists yesterday in CGB.. figure there was a ship in. Today we drove into Road Town. Awful. The Star Princess is in and they're everywhere! Roads are clogged with buses and they stop in the most awful places so people can take pictures. You just sit there until they decide to move.
At Samarkand's in Soper's right now.. and they're all over the place here too. Now I see why everyone wants to avoid them. We tried to shop a few places in Road Town but gave up and came back to Carrot Bay.
Haven't checked the schedule but hope this is the end of the ships for this week. Won't go back to Road Town again when a ship is in.
Went by the JR.. saw Lou for a few.. going back there for dinner & visit with Lou & Kay.
Pisces may be a new banner advertiser. Omar Hurst is the owner and wants to get to know TTOL people more. Had breakfast there yesterday.. eggs benedict .. wonderul.. $10.!
