Is anybody a member of the Exotic Travelers Club who operate the Karisma resorts in Cancun?
I have been a member for 10 yrs and have been unable to log into my membership page to check on my existing reservations.
When you call, no body answers for 10 minutes, you listen to their ridiculous recording, someone finally answers, pretends to try to help you, says they will transfer you to someone in 'membership' and the call promptly gets dropped. It has been doing this for the past 2 months.
Really not sure what to do. VERY FRUSTRATING
Appreciate any advice or if anyone has had similar problems

Hi Harold, We are not members, just wanted to suggest also posing this question/issue on the TripAdvisor Cancun forum as that forum is sooo much more active than this is.
And are you a member of the “Exploring Exotic Travel Club (EETC)” on Facebook? That looks like a helpful forum for owners with questions/complaints?

Sounds super frustrating! Haven't been a member, but maybe try emailing them or reaching out on social media for a quicker response.
