Is it true perch bar & grill have flush toilets now?

Yes. They were charging $2 to use it, but it is very clean and modern. The attendant actually goes in and disinfects and wipes it down after each use.

The bathrooms are not there anymore. They were charging $2 every time you used it. Pretty steep price if you are there for for the day. It was Cedric that put the toilets in.
You would think after all this time they would have installed proper bathrooms like they have at the other end of the beach.

Can’t install “proper” toilets. No septic or water. All water is trucked in and sewage is trucked out. French government will not allow any building of infrastructure on the property.

Sunflower, Are you saying that the new restroom facility that was there in August has been moved/removed?

Yes. The washrooms are no longer there. We are on the island now.

Thinking of going back to the island after about 15 years. We used to stay at club O and would like to go back to Orient beach. I am a little confused about bathroom accommodations at the pearch. Are there any there or close by?

Just used the toilet at Club O yesterday. There were 2 of them about 50 feet away from perch lite in a yellow structure. They were clean and you used a foot pedal flush after use. No attenedant and no $2. They were both unlocked with padlocks hanging. They had TP and hand sanitizer in them as well. Hope this helps.
