Hi all, Grew up going to the Friendly Island annually and looking to get back with my own kids. It has been over 10 years since I’ve been so I’m sure a lot has changed. Looking into places to stay, and I’ve come across Fourteen at Mullet Bay. Anyone stay here before? Any insight to the property? Safe and secure? Good for families with young kids? Would love some feedback

Happy New Year
I stayed in the area this week and offer some insights...
The area is very safe for everyone. Those two buildings have million dollar views no matter which direction you face.
Parking is not an issue as it's behind security gates. A rental vehicle is necessary as buses rarely pass, to far to walk to Maho, and taxis $$.
Mullet beach with three beach bars and a long beach is easily accessed by a short walk thru golf course.
In Jordan village, you can walk to many restaurants, pubs, bakery, Nxt car rental, two grocery stores. Across street is gym n power drinks juice bar.
there's a fences green space for little ones to run though dogs may be there too.
The area is very quiet at night and safe to walk.
enjoy

Buses come by all the time. There is a bus stop literally across the entrance from 14 on the CBC side. Honestly if you are staying in the area only no need for a car. If you are able, walking to Maho is a piece of cake. - before dusk and taxi back. Same Porto Cupecoy. Before dusk more of a walk but fine. Wouldn’t walk out in the dark either way!!
Rumor has it the Starz complex will Be up and running in a few weeks! I don’t believe it. But you never no. Will report back next week!!!
