I just saw a picture on the SXM or BUST Facebook page of all the new concrete benches along both sides of the road where the bolsters used to be. No way to park there now unless it's a scooter. clapping clapping clapping

OK, i guess that's good news. ...which would not have even been necessary if Minister Emmanuel hadn't removed the bollards to begin with. Although benches are a good thing.
