Hi All, Does anyone have a rock solid rum punch recipe that they have used on boat trip or in general? Looking to add a few more batched beverage options to have onboard for the next trip
Ideally with Rums and juices available in the BVI. I will have Appleton Signature and Pussars onboard for other purposes. Open to suggestions.
And if anyone has Bombas recipe, well, you know how to find me!

We don’t do rum punch but will conjure up jugs of Hurricanes. Naturally Tasty in Road town does some meal provisioning for us (arrival meals, frozen pizzas, quiche, baked goods etc) and they supply amazing jugs of premixed cocktails - punches, painkillers, anything you ask for really. Awesome to have on board when we arrive - pour and go.

Here is our go to Hurricane - it’s kind of a punch. Passion fruit purée is a must. French Deli carries it.
Juice of 1/2 lime 2 ounces light rum 2 ounces dark rum 2 ounces passion fruit juice, or purée 1 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice 1/2 ounce simple syrup 1/2 ounce grenadine Orange slice, for garnish Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Shake and pour over ice. Also good frozen in the blender.

I start with rum, add some pineapple juice and mango juice, top it up with ginger ale and toss in a slice of lime.

Did you use the wrong boolean operator?

classic rhyme from down island
"One of sour Two of sweet Three of strong Four of weak A dash of bitters And a sprinkle of spice Serve well chilled with plenty of ice"
This actually works when you don't have what you want and have to wing it using whatever is on the boat
sour - fresh squeezed lime/lemon sweet - simple syrup strong - rum (duh) weak - water or juice spice - nutmeg or cinnamon
