We were there in November, we enjoyed it and while not prrstine it is plenty nice. Yes looks like the pictures but with some Caribbean aging.
I prefer the Isle seat

No idea on that as we are in a 3 bedroom and there are no pictures of that on the site, If Todd says the pictures are accurate, I would go with that. It is not pristine and new and could use some updating in areas but it is more than adequate. I have stayed in nicer places here and I have stayed in some I would rate below The Atrium. I don't think you would be disappointed.
