Would not personally want to eat in Philipsburg at night but have had a nice drink while shopping once here, inside a hotel. In Nov/Dec I walked from Bobby's Marina parking to HonHonHon by myself and felt safe the whole time. Boardwalk was very busy with people. I wouldn't hesitate to eat anywhere along the boardwalk at night.
