Many will come the week before Easter yes.
They are simply lovely people vacationing with their families. Most stern into shore and raft up like the pictures.
I have seen them in Cane also.
They don’t interfere with mooring balls etc. they party hard and love loud music but join the fun!
That said if you prefer quiet at night that time of year you will likely find the navy in all their glory.
