I noticed the sound yesterday, so it's not just you. I remember reading when this site was new that they had to mute the sound just in case it picked up any copyright music from Tortuga.

Yes the sound came on this past week or so. I think it mutes after dark. As of today another SXM live web cam came on at the Simpson Bay Resort
