Need a place to stay for 1 night before our Villa rental begins….arriving in January….any suggestions?

Fischer's Cove Hotel would be a nice option for you. It's right on the beach and has a restaurant and bar on premise. https://www.fischerscove.com/

I also recommend Guavaberry. They're usually booked solid for January, but they might be able to squeeze you in for one night.
