In celebration of Marc’s birthday yesterday, we had a fantastic lunch at Pardon My French in Simpson Bay.

The food, drinks and service were all excellent! We chose our meals from the price fixe menu.

Those lamb chops look lovely!! I'm thinking perhaps this place is outside. Was it hot for lunch??

Our lunch yesterday was at Tap N Still and afterwards we walked over to look at Pardon My French. Not sure you were still there as we ate a late lunch. To answer Carol's question, they currently have a small inside dining area with most tables outside. They are working on an upstairs dining area and will open for dinner once they finish the upstairs. It was quite breezy yesterday so eating outside was not uncomfortable.....at least for us.

Carol, we made reservations for indoor seating.
Unfortunately the A/C wasn’t working, but it was still comfortable for me. For Marc, not so much.

I personally wouldn’t sit outside, as Welfare Road is just too busy, noisy and smelly.

Huhm, that's not good, re the a/c. Hopefully they get it fixed soon. Does one need reservations there?

If you’d like to dine inside, I’d recommend a reservation. They
They were very quick to respond via WhatsApp.

I’m sure the A/C will be in working order soon.

I did see a couple taking a peek at the inside of the restaurant. I wish I knew it was you! I would’ve certainly said Hello.

Yes.....we talked to the waitstaff at the door for a few minutes, took a peak inside and then looked around outside. Had we known you were there, we certainly would have spoken.
