All 4 of us had the grilled fish filet with garlic butter. My o my. So good. Told Val high for you JD. Got the big toothy grin.😉

The fish is native to the Mekon River. That cured us, hope you got something different.

Non the less it was incredibly good and will have it again.

Where do you think they get the water for the farm raised fish, the swamps are no better than the Vietnam rivers. My nephew died from agent orange used there.

It was rubbery and over-cooked (especially compared to the wahoo I had at Astra. THAT was great). Although I ate it, I will not likely order any fish there again. I'll probably try the ribs on my next visit.

Use your imagination for what else can be substituted.
