At one time we ate the grilled fish there, until we found out that it was Swai from Southeast Asia. The fish is native to the Mekon River. That cured us, hope you got something different.

I believe the Swai sold is farmed raised in a controlled environment . Non the less it was incredibly good and will have it again.

Your choice, not for us. Where do you think they get the water for the farm raised fish, the swamps are no better than the Vietnam rivers. My nephew died from agent orange used there.

FWIW, I had wahoo at Lee's a couple weeks ago. It was rubbery and over-cooked (especially compared to the wahoo I had at Astra. THAT was great). Although I ate it, I will not likely order any fish there again. I'll probably try the ribs on my next visit.

Shark cut in rings has been a substitute for scallops and Pacific Pollock for fish and chips along with imitation crab and shrimp. Use your imagination for what else can be substituted.
