...boy is it!!! I am at CRC in Little Apple Bay and it is the quietist I have ever known it this time of year..everyone is talking about it, many blaming it on the worldwide problems.If you like the BVI's like this ( who doesnt) ..come on down. I was at The Sugar Mill..only one at the bar and maybe 20 folks for dinne all night.r.At Seb's, Joey the owner, said it was the busiest night they had had in a long time beacuse they had karaoke and a lot of locals showed up,

We’ve been here the last two weeks, and we agree. The crowds were definitely down. It was a great time to cruise around!

I'm surprised. Ratman flies down tomorrow. He is a Rotary club member, and agreed to go to their formal installation dinner, even though he normally won't go anywhere he can't wear shorts. I looked into getting him a hotel room, as he avoids coming home by boat late as night. They are crazy expensive, so I figured things must be very busy.

Rob, as you know, we usually come in June. I’d say that overall it was slower. There were FCS balls at Cooper at 2:00 pm - on an out of rotation day though.

We been down since 5/20. Definitely not slow on the sailing route. Moorings gone within 15 seconds at Great Harbor the last two days. White Bay is as busy as I've ever seen. On a good note, ever meal has been amazing! Soggy jas even upped their game! Great lunches!

Maybe its just land based then..glad to hear the Soggy has upped their game..thanks Hendo's for that!!

That's exactly the conversation I had with the Soggy manager. He agreed that expectations were up!

Boat bookings are strong. Heading down next week again and hope not to strong!

On a side note.."Cool Vibes" played at The Elm last night Sunday but , at times, there were more band members than folks in the place..we really need to support our local music scene..Xrayman and his lovely wife joined me there and we all had a good time. The Sugar Mill beach bar,"Tramonti" is doing a Friday night all you can eat bar b q for $39 with music by the lovely Jalena from 6.30 to 8.30..and that should be supported tooo to keep it going..Sending warm wishes to all from Little Apple Bay..

We are staying at Pelican Peak. We get in around 4:30 pm on 6/11. Will probably dine at Tramonti that evening. Love Tramonti for brunch too. We will plan on The Elm on Sunday. What time does the music start?

Music at 6.30 ish at The Elm..Tramonti is not open every night..I'll check if they'll be open on the 11th..of course the fabulous upstairs is open 7 nights a week..I did a Sugar Mill double last night..Margarita upstairs with Vicky and Esmerelda, Caprese Salad and a glass of red downstairs at Tramoni with Harry ( Carlos) then back upstairs for Tarte Tartine..perfect..

Tonight is my favorite soup night. at The Sugar Mill..fish, shrimp and lobster chowder in a fresh baked bread bowl..so that's where I'll be after doing painting work at CRC most of the day!

The Sandspit still has the main building and stage but working on the addition..
