On a two week or more rental I always get free Liability insurance. They are awesome, and I rent twice a year for the last 5 years. DblJ369 Traveler D Joined: Aug 2006 Posts: 97	Just rented from them last month and was very happy with them. When we arrived, they did not have our name down as having a reservation. My husband simply told them he spoke to whomever he spoke with and pulled out the confirmation paper. They said no problem, we have a car for you and we will give you a newer model/bigger version of what you reserved since we didn't have you down. It was seamless and easy. They shuttled us to their lot, helped us fit 5 adults, each with a checked bag, into a newer Hyundai accent and sent us on our way. No complaints at all.
