Took Sunday 8am from Phila to St.Thomas with 40 min stop in SJ, nice way to go. Arrived at Smiths only to have Bomba Charger loose steerage 1/3rd way to Tortola so back for new boat, arrived at North/South around 6pm for sleepover. Left Village Cay around 11 Monday following delivery from Bobby's for CGB, nice ride. Had diner at the blues bar next to Quito's, good entertainment (request "My Girl") and lots of BBQ chicken. Next morning up early to snag a moorning at JVD White Beach (only 6-8 moorings there) and engine won't start. North/South to the rescue to replace starter relay. Moorings were gone at White Bay by 2:30 and the anchoring field was quite full as well so we went to Little Harbor with lobsters and self serve bar at Sydney's peace & love, great lobster and very generous portions. Went to White Beach for the following day for Soggy Dollar ring toss and drinks ( we used Walkers painkiller recomendations with HUGE sucess ). Next day to Monkey Point for snorkel and onto trellis for Last Resort (again, great house band, food was just as good). Over to Leverick via the "dogs" for Friday nite BBQ. Nick is great and the Jumbies are something that must be seen. Lattitude Band was fantastic. Rented a car on Saturday to explore VG. Good roties at beach bar just south of Spanish Town. Sunday up early to explor the Baths and brunch at The Top Of The Baths (good coffee and omlets). Onto Cooper for Cistern point and steaks at the Beach Club. Had to pick up daughter on Tuesday so I left the boat and crew at North/South in Roadtown while I ventured to St Thomas to meet her at the airport. Returned too late to get off for Peter and Oceans 7 as planned so we had diner at the Captian's Table right across from our slip. Little buggy at the North/South slips but nothing a bit of spray won't take care of. Last two days we hopped around Peter and Norman, all the girls got free t-shirts from Zuse at the Willy T (not going to mention what was required to get the shirts but you can guess....) and ended with diner at Oceans 7, unfortunately Jason was off on Tuesday so we may have gone out with a fizzel.. The next 3 nites we stayed in the Zebra House in Belmont and the beach at Smugglers. Had 2 meals out, Sebastian's and Sugar Mill, Duck at Sugar was superb and lobster along with fantastic service made Sebastian's a hit too. Return was as smooth as arrival.
