I actually don't think it's the Tiko Tiko boat that does that cruise, but the powerboat. Haven't done it myself though.

Check their web site for pricing. Note that you want to fly out of Grand Case (SFG), not Juliana (SXM). SBC only accepts in-transit passengers out of SXM. http://www.stbarthcommuter.com/en/index.php Winair has flights between SXM and SBH, but they're more expensive, in part due to higher departure taxes. http://www.fly-winair.sx/
