Georgia Peach Martini from Not Your Average Joe's

1.5 oz. Absolut Vodka
1 oz. Peach Schnapps Liqueur
.5 oz. Finest Call Peach Puree (or similar)
3 Peach Gummi Rings (garnish)

Combine ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well and serve in a martini glass rimmed with sugar. Garnish with 3 peach gummi rings suspended across glass with a skewer.

Now, doesn't that sound great? Especially w/gummi rings...

That's one I'm going to try, thanks Contessa! I've been very slow to catch on to the martini craze, but this one has peaked my interest.

LOL! Thank you Contessa, for my very own martini! I've also not caught onto the martini craze, but this does sound delicious, and since it was dedicated to me, I'll have to try it! Not sure about the gummi rings, tho.. But my rule is to always make the recipe the first time exactly as written, so...
