* Well, I know two couples that have traveled to Cuba in the last 6 months. One couple spoke English, French & Spanish. Everytime they left their hotel they were approached by people asking for money, also asking for money to protect their car. A young French couple & she was expecting a baby.

The same experience for the other couple.
