BTW... I sometimes will substitute a jar of Bruschetta toppings for salsa in recipes...
a bit thicker, and a whole variety of flavors available...
from a basic tomato based one to artichoke, anchovy (<img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Sick.gif" alt="" /> IMO) and olive based Bruchettas...
