<img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Rofl.gif" alt="" /> what a great morning laugh. it took me a second... because i actually bought 10lbs of ground turkey but didn't remember posting that. then i realized you meant ina's meatloaf recipe. you can halve that recipe to make one loaf, unless you have two loaf pans and/or want to feed an army. it is a bit much, but the flavor is there.
