I go to Charleston often. There are great , reasonable golf courses just North of the Ravenel Bridge: Carolina National, Patriots Point, and Dunes West. Kiawah is pricey, but there are a couple of courses near there that won't break the bank. Restaurants: Blossoms, Amen St., SNOB, All restaurants are pricey, but these are reasonable. Charleston is all about the food. Enjoy! And please take a buggy ride.
