Look at <a href="bareboatsbvi.com" target="_blank">Bareboats BVI</a>, it is a site of a BVI based broker and will provide a lot of answers. Using a broker does not cost you anything. There is a commission built into the charter fee, if no broker, the charter company keeps it.
