1/3 cup vinegar 1/2 cup evaporated milk 1/2 teaspoon salt
Add sugar to vinegar and stir until sugar has dissolved. Beat in milk until mixture thickens. To use for slaw, pour over slaw. Use a fork to blend dressing through shredded cabbage or matchstick broccoli. I wonder if you could sub Splenda for the sugar with decent results....might try that soon. If you try this, please post your opinion on the results. I used raw sugar and it was great.
