Elizabeth... The frozen meatballs from the market are pre-browned... I like the ease of the frozen meatballs... Took me all of 30 mins. to make the ones yesterday... sauce and steamed meatballs... I won't spend the time to make meatballs from scratch... The frozen ones are close enough for me... esp. when you overpower the flavor with any sauce...
