Dried Dill only has a shelf life of about 6 months...
after that the flavor goes away rather quickly...
I keep most other dried herbs & spices longer, but dill seems to go south quickly...
when we use dill, we usually try to get fresh dill at the supermarket of farm stand...
supermarkets here in NY/NJ area have fresh dill all year long now...
