The product you're looking for is definitely Biafine and if you're staying in the usual area you can get it at the Maho Pharmacy.
It is actually a (sun)burn product which was highly recommended to me a few years ago by another user here. I managed to get my first SXM sunburn in over forty years and I was in agony so I posed the question here on TTOL and it was highly recommended. I couldn't believe how it immediately relieved the pain.
My understanding is it's not an otc product here in the States but is often prescribed for cancer patients' use on radiation burns. A few months back it was also suggested for bites and stings and it really does work for that, too.
I can't imagine a building of that magnitude in the Jordan Village area but I can't imagine a lot of what's been approved on the island of late, and in the areas they've been approved but I guess we'll all find out in the months to come.
