They’re being quite liberal with refunds of late due to all the problems across the Caribbean but my understanding is anytime they make significant changes to a reservation, such as turning a nonstop into a stopever flight or changing the times significantly as in an hour or more, they are required by law to grant a full refund back to your original form of payment.
