Look at it as "on the water orientation" to the yacht. Likely, they can decide a "pass" before getting out of harbor. "Slow is pro", going and coming.

And if you have been anchoring/mooring all week (or 2), without issue, why be so macho to dock in tight slip back at base and risk your deposit.
