sail445 Traveler S Joined: Jul 2008 Posts: 3,003	Traveling from PR or Culebra to the USVI is fine no checking in is necessary they’re both US territories, although going back from the USVI to PR or Culebra requires a checking in with Customs due to the USVI being a free port.
