Wow....that is really too bad....bad service is bad service....no excuse for that. I have to smile in the face of rudeness quite a bit — and it doesn’t sound like that’s what happened here — I work with some fellow servers who have been in the business too long....that’s a nice way of putting it....but our food brings the customer back since it is consistently good. CIBC will really need to get their act together, post-Irma difficulties and all....Leverick and others have.....
