Carol, There are quite a few, I will try to make a list tomorrow. One option is Cerises, a k a Le temps des Cerises Restaurant, it is attached to the hotel next door , and they have a second floor balcony with dining tables and bar stools facing the water. I haven't eaten there, but if you look it up on trip advisor, you will see photo showing the dining area, and the bar stools facing the ocean. We have passed by Oceans 82 a half dozen times, and I haven't paid enough attention to see if they are working, yet another thing for me to do tomorrow.
