thanks for the candid review. the beach walk does sound nice.
Place seems to meet my minimum criteria:
Safe #1, Clean bed and bath #2, NUDABILITY #3, Adequate food #4; reasonable drink prices
Cant get to #3 without #1, #4 does not have to be gourmet, but tasty and filling. #5 worst comes to worst cold canned beer will work.
