Yes, we just got back from Belair. They actually made it known that they no longer accepted traveler's checks fairly early last year. They now have it posted at several locations on the premises. We stopped using them when our local bank stopped issuing them 2-3 years ago. Several other places in SXM have discontinued accepting them. I'm not certain but I think Grande Marche has also stopped accepting them.
