Just out of curiousity..........if your bill was $70 and you only had $100 why didn't you just give it to them? My calculations are 20% of $70 is $14. Total bill of $84. So you would have left them an extra $16 but instead insisted on using your small change and dropping the balance off?? NONSENSE!!! r u kidding?
