So - hypothetically - IF you were dreaming of plans in the future to buy a say 50' boat and you wanted to be sure you could use the mooring balls in the BVI's, how could you confirm the ball will hold your boat? Also does anyone have a rec on a website that has info on annual cost of boat ownership (general info) - not putting the boat in charter.
