Thanks everyone! Dreaming 6-7 yrs down the road after my husband retires. Big dream is to buy up in the Great Lakes area. Spend a summer on the boat exploring up here. Then the following year take the boat ourselves down south and explore for 5-6 months. Power, not sail most likely. Again it's a big DREAM but you never know what's possible till you explore it all.
