I ran extensive numbers on doing just that last year. If you are talking a 50 foot monohull sailboat you will be well within the weight limits for NPS or overnight balls. Cost to keep the boat has so many varibles it's hard to quantify. In our case a 53 foot monohull kept in the water 9 months a year was going to run 28 to 30k a year. G
