Hi, Georgia, I'm very surprised about the sauces, too, but I'm smiling reading your post because what you didn't like about the old FIG was exactly what we did enjoy. Low-key and nothing fancy, but every time we went the food was consistently good and reasonably priced - I always likened it to our favorite neighborhood Greek restaurant here at home.
