SXMScubaman Traveler Joined: Mar 2009 Posts: 18,778 Auburn, WA	That's what you call a triple net lease. With one of those all you get is a shell and it's up to you to turn it into something special. Its the way of the strip malls and that is essentially what that new Orient development is.
