Facing one "small" issue : the rental agency asking for a 30% down payment and it's fine with me. But they are also asking for 30% payment in August and the remaining balance to be paid 90 days BEFORE arrival... Which is November 2016. I am kind of worry sending them all the money before actually getting there and seeing that they actually exist not only in a virtual world... With so many fraudsters around these days it makes me kind of uncomfortable. I contacted the company and offered them $5K down payment with the balance to be paid IN CASH on arrival. They replied with the following: "1- Thank you for explaining your feeling about payment. But our policy is connected to Real Estate Policy, and these are the current rules on our Territory. The payment is to be completed in full before arrival. We are renting our Property since 2009, coming to 6 years now… We received a lot of Families, Group, Conferences, Parties… weddings… Many of them ! All these people never know us before coming, and I invite you to read their Reviews on VRBO #442765." What are your thoughts about that?
