Just my opinion, but this is a situation in which you should have called Sharon with any problem/complaint and talked directly with her, before posting this on a public site. Not to say you did not have a bad experience, but go to the business owner and give them a chance. Just to say, we have never had any negative issue of any kind with any of Sharon's employees and certainly not with Sharon herself. Just our anecdotal experience, she is very responsive (at least when on island) and helped me out big time last year on something which had nothing to do with her phone rental.
