Yeah... I do that often also... makes it a lot "creamier"...
I do the same with egg & macarroni & chicken & tuna salad also...
It always depends on if I have Sour Cream in the fridge when I'm making them...
I always do a mixture 1/2&1/2 mayo & sour cream...
